ISSA Conference - Deloitte’s London – 5 February 2013 The UKCeB participates in project work coordinated by Aston University in the area of servitization - the addition of services to increase a company’s competitive edge. Current programmes include Exploiting Servitization in West Midlands SMEs (ERDF) and Gamification for Servitization (EPSRC).
